HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE

Save time by registering and paying for H.E.S. programs online. 

You can also schedule payments, pay your account balance, update/change billing information, and print H.E.S. receipts!

I already have an online account

STEP 1: Log in to your account.

STEP 2: Enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, simply click forgot password to re-set.

STEP 3: Select your H.E.S. program.

* If more than one user is associated with your account, ensure you are registering the correct user.

STEP 4: Read and sign any and all program waivers.

STEP 5: Select your method and remit payment.

I am an H.E.S. participant but have not yet set-up my online account

STEP 1: Log in to your account.

STEP 2: Enter the information of the Primary Member on the account.

* Valid email address must be on file. 

STEP 3: Enter the email address or billing method associated with your account.

STEP 4: Follow the instructions sent to your email in order to log-in and create a password.

STEP 5: Select your H.E.S. program.

* If more than one user is associated with your account, ensure you are registering the correct user.

STEP 6: Read and sign any and all program waivers.

STEP 7: Select your method and remit payment.

I am brand new to the H.E.S. and want to set up an online account

STEP 1: Sign up for an account. Select Sign Up option. 

STEP 2: Select Activity Membership.

        ** To become a Full Member, you must call us at (718) 241-3000 ext. 122         or (718) 241-3000 ext. 131, email [email protected] or stop by.

STEP 3: Enter email & create a password. Enter YOUR information and click Next at the bottom of the page.

* The primary account holder must be over the age of 18.

STEP 4: Add any additional adults or children for whom you will be registering. Enter their information, and click Next.

STEP 5: Click Complete Registration and select your H.E.S. program.

STEP 6: Read and sign any and all program waivers.

STEP 7: Select your method of payment and remit payment.
