VACATION PROGRAM

School may be out but the H.E.S. is still here for you! For school holidays or vacation days, children can join us at the H.E.S. for a full day of sports, dance, arts and crafts, STEM, and so much more.  Lunch is provided daily. 

Ages 4 to 14

Monday – Friday: 8 am – 6 pm

• Tue, Nov 5 (Election Day)
• Mon, Nov 11 (Veteran’s Day)
• Mon, Dec 23 – Tue, Dec 24 (Winter Recess)
• Thu, Dec 26 – Tue, Dec 31 (Winter Recess)
• Wed, Jan 29 (Lunar New Year)
• Tue, Feb 18 – Fri, Feb 21 (President’s Week)
• Mon, Mar 31 (Eid al-Fitr) 
• Tue, Apr 15 – Fri, Apr 18 (Spring Break)
• Thu, Jun 5 (Eid al-Adha/Anniversary Day)
• Thu, Jun 19 (Juneteenth)

A valid health exam form is required to attend the H.E.S. Vacation Program. 

In addition to the health exam form, there are also required H.E.S. documents; All must be submitted prior to your child’s attendance in the program.
